- Reaktion auf eingehende Events und Störungen vor Ort bei Kunden
- Durchführung von Break & Fix, sowie IMAC, Move, Add und Change
- Gewährleistung und Garantieabwicklung gemäß Vorgaben
- Technische Unterstützung nach Terminvereinbarung
- Dokumentation im Kunden-Ticketsystem
Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT Techniker/in oder IT Systemelektroniker/in oder Quereinsteiger
- Detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Endgeräte (PC-Hardware, Laptops, Netzwerkkomponenten)
- Know-how im Bereich Fehleranalyse und Fehlerkorrekturen
- Deutsch mind. C1

Break/Fix activities.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose).
• IT Asset Management - management of local PC and peripheral inventory and responsibility
for inventory accuracy.
• Smarts Hands Service.
• Meeting / Live Event Support Requests.
• Walk-Up Tech Bar Support.
• Optional participation in on-call service.
• Deskside support: PC, laptop, peripherals, software Printer Support Staging
Required skills
• Fluent German and good English language.
• Initial experience in IT support in the Microsoft environment and/or training as an IT specialist in system integration.
• Strong communication skills, fun dealing with users and the desire to help the other person as best as possible.
• Support users with technical inquiries and problems and ensure smiling faces through your creative solution finding.
• Responsibility for support, (Dispatch-Backfill) installation and configuration of the hardware/software and will provide support with rollouts, migrations and workplace moves.
• You carry out error analyses and document successful troubleshooting in a ticket system.
• Quick and effective problem solving skills.
• Would be an asset:
• Experience in Helpdesk/ Service Desk environment.
• Provide IT support as the first level of contact with customers.
• Contact with the end users by phone, email, chat and face to face.
• Analyze the issue & put correct resolution in place.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Strong Microsoft operating System installation and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong Break / Fix skills Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers Broad. experience of IT with basic/intermediate understanding of Networks, Servers and Telecoms, LAN/WAN.
• Strong customer service skills Ability to provide consistent, excellent customer support to entire staff, representing a variety of personalities and management levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language. Must be detail oriented and self-motivating.
• Background security check required.
• Experience including remote control of PCs and video conferencing knowledge.
• Handling of Tape Media and basic Back-ups loading and loading techniques.
